拟穴青蟹卵巢早期发育的组织学观察 被引量:4

摘要 观察未交配拟穴青蟹(scylla paramamosain)卵巢的外部形态和组织学特征,计算性腺指数并确定其卵巢发育时期。结果发现:刚发生生殖蜕壳的拟穴青蟹,卵巢多数呈白浊状,处于发育前期(Ⅱ),个别颜色转黄已进入发育期(Ⅲ);暂养60d后,拟穴青蟹不论是否发生了生殖蜕壳,其卵巢均发育至将成熟期(Ⅳ)或成熟期(Ⅴ),有些个体性腺指数几乎与膏蟹相当,这表明未交配青蟹的卵巢也能发育成熟。 The early development of ovaries from unmated female mud crab, Scylla paramarnosain was examined by calculation of gonadosomatic index (GSI) and histological observation. It showed that ovarian samples of the newly-mohed, soft-shelled mature female were usually at Early-developing stage ( Ⅱ ) with milk-white color, but a few individuals developed to developing stage (Ⅲ) and became yellow in color. During the culture period, whether the reproductive molt took place or not, the ovaries of the mud crabs can get further growth. At the end of this experiment, all of the individuals developed to nearly-ripe stage (Ⅳ) or ripe stage (Ⅴ), and some yielded GSI values as high as the gravid female. The results indicated that the ovaries of unmated female mud crab can get further growth and mature.
