栽培甘草群体中不同单株甘草酸的含量差异研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的通过测定相同生长环境下栽培甘草不同单株甘草酸含量差异,探讨其变异机制,找到高含量变异个体,为优质甘草的品种选育提供初步依据。方法随机选取同一地块相同生长年限的甘草100株,采用高效液相色谱法测定了该100株个体甘草主根的甘草酸含量。按《中国药典》对甘草酸的含量标准规定的2%为界,将数据分为高含量甘草酸组及低含量甘草酸组。结果100株甘草的主根中的甘草酸含量最高的个体达到4.941%,最低的为1.201%,RSD为27.77%。高低含量两个组甘草酸含量差异性显著(P<0.0001)。结论随机筛选的栽培甘草单株间甘草酸含量存在变异,推测其为遗传因素导致。高低含量组甘草酸含量具有显著性差异,说明相同环境下甘草含量变异很大,则可以在高含量组中选取优良单株,以甘草酸为指标选育甘草优良品种。 Objective To study the variation of glycyrrhizin content through analyzing different Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch roots from a single farm and to provide reference for selection of the highquality variety. Methods HPLC analysis was used to analyze 100 randomly sampled 2 - year - old roots from a single farm for the glycyrrhizin content. According to the glycyrrhizin content standard abiding by the Pharmacopeia, the 100 plants were divided into two groups, namely, high and low glycyrrhizin content groups using 2% as the dividing ridge. Results Among the 100 plants , the highest value was 4. 941%, the lowest was 1. 201%, and RSD was 27.77%. The glycyrrhizin content between the two groups showed distinct variability. Conclusion The glycyrrhizin content variation was detected among G. uralensis Fisch root samples collected from the same farm, which suggested that genetic diversity affected the contents. The distinct variability between the two groups provides the basis to breed new cultivars with higher chemical constituents.
