摘要 目的研究肾阳虚大鼠垂体-靶腺轴功能的动态变化,探讨肾阳虚证的动态变化规律。方法60只SD大鼠,随机分为正常组和模型组。模型组用氢化可的松注射液后肢肌肉注射,连续29d。分别于第15,23,30天取大鼠血清放射免疫法测定垂体-靶腺轴激素(TSH,T3,T4,FSH,LH,T,ACTH,CORT)的含量,同时取垂体和靶腺(甲状腺、肾上腺、睾丸)称取重量。结果肾阳虚模型组第15,23,30天垂体-靶腺轴激素水平不断下降,且垂体和靶腺激素下降程度一致;肾阳虚模型组在第15~30天出现垂体-靶腺轴激素水平的降低,垂体、靶腺重量减轻;与模型组15天比较,模型组中期(23天)垂体-肾上腺轴与垂体-性腺轴的波动幅度较垂体-甲状腺轴明显。结论肾阳虚时,存在垂体-靶腺三轴功能的同时低下,相对于垂体-甲状腺轴,垂体-性腺轴和垂体-肾上腺轴激素水平变化更敏感。 Objective To observe the dynamic changes of function on the pituitary - target gland axises of the kidney - "yang" dificient rats, and to explore the change law of kidney "yang" dificient syndrome. Methods The rats were given hydrocortisone by intramuscular injection for 30 days to make dificient of kidney - "yang" models. Hormone contents (TSH, T3, T4, FSH, LH, T, ACTH, and cort)in serum of the pituitary -target gland axises were detected by radioimmunoassay on day 15, day 23 and day 30. Then pituitary, thyroid gland, adrenal gland and testis were measured. Results In model group, from day 15 to day 30, the hormones of pituitary - target gland axises were decreased unceasingly, and the drop degree of pituitary and target glands was consistent. Descendent hormone of the pituitary - target gland axis, decreased target gland and deteriorated pathologic morphology in model group occurred from day 15 to day 30 ; compared with day 15, on day 23, the homones of pituitary - sex gland axis and pituitary - adrenal gland axis fluctuated at higher level than pituitary - thyroid gland axis. Conclusion The study indicates that the dynamic hypofunction of pituitary -target gland axises arose in the kidney "yang" dificient rats, the hormone changes of pituitary - sex axis and pituitary - adrenal gland axis are more sensitive than those in pituitary - thyroid axis.
