影响焊接空心球节点承载能力的几个因素的分析

Study on Influence of Different Factors on SupportCapacity of Hollow Spherical Connectors

焊接空心球节点是我国空间网格结构中应用最多的一种节点形式．利用有限元分析工具对大量的空心球进行了数值计算，分析了杆球相交处焊缝几何尺寸对节点受力性能的影响；并应用正交试验设计理论和方差分析方法，研究了各种因素对空心球受力性能的影响；最后得出一些有用的结论．

Hollow spherical connectors are a most commonly used type of spatial structures in our country. In this paper, after calculation of lots of hollow spherical connectors with finite element method, the effects of the size of a weld where the bar and the spherical shell come across on mechanical behaviors of connectors are analyzed. The influence of different factors on mechaincal behaviors ofspherical connectors are studied with orthogonal experimental design theory and variance ananlysis method. Thus some useful conclusions are obtained.
