摘要
目的确定大孔树脂分离苦丁茶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法以吸附率及解吸率为考察指标,确定最佳型号树脂,静态和动态吸附及解吸的相关影响因素。结果HP-20型大孔树脂对苦丁茶总黄酮有良好的吸附,其吸附分离的工艺条件的药液浓度为1.2 mg/ml,以3 m1/min吸附速率进行吸附,2.5倍柱体积的70%乙醇洗脱效果最佳。结论该方法简单易行,分离效果好,适于苦丁茶总黄酮的分离纯化。
Objective To establish the optimum process conditions for purification of flavonoids from Kudincha by macroporous resin. Methods Seven types of macroporous resin were used to purify flavoniods of Kudincha, and the optimum maeroporous resin,relative factors of absorption and desorption for static state and dynamic state were determined with absorption and desorption rate as observation indexes. Results The HP - 20 maeroporous resin had good absorbing effect on flavonoids of kudincha. The liquid concentration of absorbing and separating technological environment was 1.2mg/ml and the absorbing speed was 3ml/min. The elution effect of 70% alcohol with 2.5 times volume was the best. Conclusion This method is simple and feasible and fit for separation and pnnifiation of flavonoids from Kudincha.
