摘要
目的通过对茄子的根茎部位进行化学研究,为茄废弃部分的开发利用变废为宝奠定基础。方法采用大孔树脂、制备薄层等方法分离纯化茄子根茎部位中的芦丁,经理化常数、光谱学方法鉴定其结构,采用HPLC法测定芦丁的含量,并通过大鼠高脂模型的药理实验验证茄茎提取物的降血脂效果。结果从茄子根茎部位中分离纯化得到的芦丁含量为97.2%,大、小剂量茄茎提取物可显著降低甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平。结论从茄茎和茄根中提取分离得到了具有降血脂作用的芦丁,提示茄根茎具有再利用的研究价值。
Objeetive To study the chemical constituents in the roots and stems of Eggplant , so as to provide the foundation for the eggplant abandoned part recycling. Methods Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate the rutin in the Eggplant roots and stems, and physico - chemical constants and spectroscopic analysis were employed for structural elucidation,we determined the content of rutin by HPLC and verified the hypolipidemic effects of eggplant stems extract through high fat rat model. Results The content of rutin was 97.2% ,large or small doses Eggplant stems extract could reduce evidently the contents of triglyceride and total cholesterol. Conclusion Rutin can be exrtacted and isolated from Eggplant roots and stems, which shows Eggplant roots and stems has the value of re - use.
