摘要
从机器识别角度论述朝鲜文字的一般性特征及手写体朝鲜文字脱机识别面临的困难。
In this paper, the general feature of Korean character and the diffculties of off-line handwritten Korean character recognition is discussed for computer recognition, and the way of handwritten Korean character recognition is probed.
