From the past to the present man has been experiencing the triple tragedy of life: life is transient and limited; it' s full of such sufferings as old age, disease, and despair; inevitable death tends to dissolve all human efforts. Ode to a Nightingale, Ode on a Grecian Urn and To Autumn have clearly displayed Keats' lifelong experience of confronting and transcending life for the sake of eternity. His personal pursuit and positive life attitude have also manifested his ultimate concern for the fate of mankind, inspiring people especially modern people, to think seriously about their life and the common fate of human beings.
