摘要
依据《中小学教学人员(初级)教育技术能力培训大纲》,文章对比分析教育技术能力培训与以往培训的区别,根据农村中小学教学实际和教师的基础,用行动研究法总结探究出我县中小学教师教育技术能力的培训方式:培训人员以教研员为主技术人员为辅,按学科组班,集中连续培训。
Based on "the primary outline of training about the educational technology capabilities of primary and secondary schools' teaching staff", the article analyses and compared the difference between educational technology capabilities training and the trainings before, then according to the basis of the rural primary and secondary school teachers, using action research method, summarized and explored the training mode of primary and secondary school teachers'educational technology capabilities in our county : the training staff relying mainly on teaching researchers supplemented by technical staff, organize classes according to subject, concentrate it in a certain period to do continuous training.
