Research on the Relationship between Urban Land Sustainable Utilization and Land Use Model

我国城市化和工业化进程越来越快,土地可持续利用是人们面临的难题。通过介绍现阶段城市土地可持续利用面临的问题,阐述了城市土地可持续利用与土地利用模式两者之间的相互关系,在我国大城市现有土地利用模式基础上,提出建立公共交通导向的土地利用模式有利于实现城市土地可持续利用。

The process of urbanization and industrialization in China is more and more rapidly. The sustainable utilization of land resources is a difficult problem for people. The problems in the urban land sustainable utilization at present are introduced. The relationship between urban land sustainable utilization and land use model is analyzed. The transit-oriented development of land is benefit to realize the urban land sustainable utilization.
