摘要
兰州市房地产业的发展历程是在计划经济向市场经济转型的渐进过程中,由政府主导,自上而下的非均衡发展模式。这种模式产生了独特的社会福利效应,对其分析具有一定的学术和现实指导意义。
The development process of real eatate industry in Lanzhou was the government-oriented top-down unbalanced development model during the transformation from planned economy to market economy. The development model produced a unique social welfare effect. There were certain academic and practical meanings to analyze it.
