摘要 对野外捕获的14只大石鸡(Alectorismagna)进行了不同实验温度条件下的心电活动研究.结果显示大石鸡心电图和家鸽及其它禽类的心电图有许多相似之处,如呈现P波、T波、S波及R波,Q波基本缺如,在某些导联中出现小而不全的r波.但也有其自身特点,如心率较快,平均为337.4次/min;P波有时缺如,且电压很低,S波完全倒立,或有时缺如,且电压明显高于其它各波.大石鸡的温度适中区为20~35℃,在此温度范围内,心率比较稳定,P波、S波、T波的电压值随实验温度的提高略有增加.实验温度低于温度适中区下限时,心率加快,P-S间期及S-T间期值减小.P波电压值无明显变化,T波、S波电压值有升高的趋势,而R波电压值减小.雌鸡的心率大于雄鸡,而各波电压值雄鸡高于雌鸡.雌鸡对低温的适应能力大于雄鸡. The electrocardiac activities at different experimental temperatures were studied on 14 birds of Alectoris magna captured in field. The result showed that ECG of A.magna was similar to that of pigeon and other opultry, which have P,T, S and R waves. Q wave was mostly absent, and small and abnormal r wave was found in some leads of recording. However , the ECG of A. magna also had its distinct features. The heart rate of it was higher(337.4 beats per minutes)than those of birds mentioned above. Sometimes P wave was absent and its voltage was very low when present. S wave were completely inverted or absent sometimes. In the thermal neutral zone(20~35℃)the heart rate of it was relatively steady, and the voltage of P,S, T waves scarcely changed. The voltage of R wave increased slightly with temperature going up. The heart rate of it increased and P S, S T intervals were shortened when the temperature went below the neutral zone. As the temperature dropped the voltage of P wave hardly changed, the voltage of T and S waves tended to increase. The voltage of all waves of the male was higher but the heart rate of the male were lower than that of the female. These indicated that the female A.magna can adapt to the low temperature better than the male.
