壮族生活中随处可以找到酒的踪影,诸如农事节庆、婚丧嫁娶、生期满日、庆功祭奠、奉迎宾客等民俗活动,酒都成为中心物质。采用田野调查的方法,对壮族日常生活用酒进行调查,从而了解壮族酒文化的功能:物语、桥梁、娱情、药用保健、敬老功能等功能。

We may find the trace of liquor in Zhuang minority s daily life everywhere, and the liquor becomes central matter in some activities,such as farm work festivals,the wedding and funeral,giving birth children,celebrating victory, holding a memorial ceremony for, welcoming a guest and so on.
