摘要
介绍了国内首座超超临界百万千瓦机组锅炉的检修管理模式。提出了锅炉本体的检修策略,将离线诊断和在线监督相结合,积极开展超超临界机组锅炉受热面风险管理和寿命评估,将对加强设备优化检修管理、提高超超临界锅炉健康水平起到积极推动作用。可为其他超超临界机组设备管理提供借鉴。
The maintenance and management mode of the first in home 1000MW ultra supercritical boiler was introduced. The maintenance strategy for boiler body was proposed. The off-line diagnosis and the on-line supervision were combined,and the risk management and life evaluation were carried on actively. These measures had actively promoted the optimized maintenance and management of equipment and raising the health level of the ultra supercritical boiler,and can be used as reference for other ultra supercritical boilers in equipment management.
