摘要
以某待建电站为例,简述了新型引水式水电站开发方案。该方案的核心是通过降低长有压水道设计流速来限制水击压强,创造取消调压井(或气垫式调压室)的条件;以及设计(有压隧洞)洞线深埋,创造山岩地场应力承载内外荷载的条件,取消隧洞衬砌。介绍了长有压水道水电站采用新型方案的理论依据,分析了该方案的优缺点。
Taking a planned hydropower station as example,the new developing scheme of diversion type hydropower station was described briefly. The core of the new scheme is decreasing the design flow velocity in long pressure culvert to restrict the pressure of water hammer to create the condition for eliminating the surge tank (or air cushion type surge chamber);and designing the pressure tunnel to be burial more deeply to create the condition for rock land field stress to bear the internal and external load and then eliminating the tunnel lining. The theoretical foundation of new scheme of hydropower station with long pressure culvert was introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of this scheme were analyzed.
