循环流化床锅炉过热器冷热屏的改造

The technical characteristics and main technical parameters of 440t/h CFB boiler No.2 in Zhongfu Electric Power Corporation were introduced. Some problems were occurred frequently in the boiler operation which includes over-temperature in cool panel and hot panel of superheater,pipe explosion and local serious wear of water-cooled wall in furnace. Theses problems influenced on safety operation of unit seriously. The relevant measures were adopted,the cool panel and hot panel of superheater were reformed. After the reformation,the cool panel and hot panel of superheater operate well,and pipe explosion due to over-temperature has not occurred.
