摘要
针对丙烯酸甲酯储罐时常出现聚合物的情况进行了分析,其原因是丙烯酸甲酯成品塔的尾气冷凝器及管线有存液区、阻聚剂加入不合理,并针对分析结果提出了改进措施。
Analyzed the causes of polymer generated frequently in methyl acrylate storage tank. The main reasons were the condensation of methyl acrylate in the off gas condenser and pipeline and the unreasonable addition of polymerization inhibitor , and put forth improvement measures aiming at the analysis results.
