摘要
对委陵菜种子形态进行了观察,并对其萌发特性进行了研究,结果表明:委陵菜种子为椭球形,棕褐色或黑褐色,具明显的不规则脉纹,千粒重为0.449 g,种子生活力83.25%;种子最适萌发温度为25℃,发芽率为50.67%;以40℃温水浸种20 min为宜,发芽率为68.67%;200 mg/L赤霉素浸种发芽率最高达到70%。
Seeds morphology and germination of PotentiUa chinensis are studied in this paper. The results show that the seeds are oblate, palm - brown or black - brown, and have clear and irregular veins. The weight is 0. 449 g per thousand - granule. The seed viability is 83.25%. The optimum temperature for seed germination is 25℃, the average germination rate is 50.67%. The seeds should be soaked in hot water at 40 ℃ for 20 min, after that, the germination rate can reach to 68.67%. The germination rate can reach to 70% after being soaked in 200 mg/L GA.
