基于流程的企业战略目标分解研究

Study on Corporate Strategic Goal Analysis Based on Process

企业的运行总是建立在一个个业务流程运行基础之上的,企业的战略最终也要靠一个个业务流程来实现。基于此,本文提出了把企业战略目标分解到企业的业务流程上,用战略目标分解单来建立流程目标,以期通过对流程的实施和控制来实现企业的战略规划。

Not only running enterprises, but strategic implementation of enterprises often are based on a series of business processes. According to this, the paper puts forward a viewpoint that decomposed strategic goals to a series of business processes, and set up strategic goals by analyzing table of corporation strategic goals so as to accomplish the strategic goals of enterprise by implementing and controlling processes.
