As an organization for the comprehensive management and service in a university, the office of a university is the hinge center of the university management. In the paper, it explores the approaches of further liberating the thoughts with pragmatism and innovation under the current situation of further reform on the educational and pedagogical system from the perspective of earnestly implementing and fulfilling the concept of scientific development in order to improve the efficiency of the university office work with fresh ideas and novel methods.
