音乐疗法改善血液透析患者焦虑及抑郁情绪的研究

The Study of Music Therapy Reducing the Anxiety and Depression of MHD Patients

目的:研究音乐疗法改善MHD患者焦虑和忧郁的临床效果。方法:将100名MHD患者随机分成两组,50名MHD患者常规治疗外加音乐疗法治疗,为观察组;另50名MHD患者采用常规治疗,为对照组。结果:透析前观察组与对照组患者SAS评分差异无显著性(P>0.05)。透析后观察组患者的SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。透析前后观察组SDS评分差异有显著性(P<0.05)。透析后观察组SDS评分与对照组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:合适的音乐疗法能减轻MHD患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪。因此,可以考虑将音乐疗法贯穿于MHD患者治疗过程中,使之发挥减轻患者焦虑忧郁情绪的作用。

Objective： To investigate the effects of music therapy on the MHD patients with anxiety and depression. Methods： Fifty MHD dialysis patients were treated by the music therapy and normal MHD treatment as observation group; the other 50 MHD dialysis patients as control group were treated by normal MHD treatment. Results： Before dialysis, SAS score of the observation group patients was not significantly different from that of the control group. After dialysis, SAS score of the observation group patients was significantly lower , compared with the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The differences between SDS score of the observation group patients before and after dialysis were significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The differences of SDS score between the observation group patients and control group were significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Appropriate music therapy can reduce the anxiety and depression of MHD patients. The music therapy can be used throughout the the course of treatment of MHD patients.
