摘要
给出了一个在低折射率透明基底上应用高折射率透明薄膜的高效、P分量抑制的S红外反射偏振器的实例。对于未被抑制的S偏振分量的反射率可达RS≥95%,因此可以与金属基底的薄膜反射偏振器相比,并且避免了其升温而要求强迫冷却的麻烦。同时,也研究了薄膜厚度入射角及波长的微小变化(或误差)对于该种偏振器消光率的影响。
A pratical example of infrared reflection polarizer using high refrative index transparen thin film with high efficiency and P polarization component rejection on low refractive index transparent substrate is given.Reflectivity of unrejection S polarization component can reach to R S≥95%.Thererore,the polarizer have much in common with reflection polarizer of thin film on metal substrate and avoid troubles of its rising temperature and requirement compling to cool it down.Effects of small change of thin film thickness,incident anglie and wavelength on extinction index of this polarizer,is also studied.
