运动训练对女子拳击运动员血清NO、NOS活性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Exercise Training on Serum Nitric Oxide and Nitric Oxide Synthase in Woman Boxing Athletes

摘要 目的:了解长期系统拳击训练对女子拳击运动员血清一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的影响。方法:对备战2005年全国女子拳击比赛的沈阳体育学院20名女子拳击运动员进行安静空腹状态下血清NO含量和NOS活性的测定。在备战训练周期内,分别于调整期后第1、2、3、4、5周的周一清晨测定安静空腹状态下的血清NO含量和NOS活性。以沈阳体育学院人文科学系2003级的10名本科女学生作为安静对照组。结果:试验组血清总一氧化氮合酶(TNOS)、内皮细胞型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)活性和NO含量明显高于安静对照组(P<0.05);实验组经过4周训练,与第1周训练前相比,每周训练后血清NO含量、TNOS活性均显著性升高(P<0.05)。结论:经过系统的拳击训练,女子拳击运动员血清NO水平适应性升高;系统训练可以提高女子拳击运动员血清NOS的活性,主要是增加eNOS的活性。 Objective: To explore the effect of long--term systematic boxing exercise on female athlete's serum nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase. Methods: 20 female amateur--boxers from Shengyang Institute of Physical Education, who were preparing for 2005 national woman boxing competition, were tested for serum nitric oxide content and nitric oxide synthase activity in quiet and limosis position on the early morning of every Monday in the first ,second, third, fourth and fifth week after adjusting period. 10 college girls from Shenyang Institute of Physical Education were selected as sedentary control group. Results: The result showed that the NO content, TNOS activity and cNOS activity of the experiment group were higher than those in sedentary control group( P〈0.05) ; after 4 weeks training, compared with basic value, serum NO content, TNOS activity increased( P〈0.05). Conclusion: Through systematic boxing exercise, female athletes' serum NO content increases, the function of vascular endothelium can adaptably increase; Systematic boxing exercise can enhance the activity of TNOS and cNOS.
