摘要
针对岸边集装箱起重机(以下简称岸桥)设计的自动化和质量需求,在分析其大车行走机构部件设计与生物生长相似性的基础上,提出基于产品基因的岸桥大车行走机构设计方法.建立大车行走机构部件基因库,选择基于规则的分解重构策略作为产品基因进化策略,确定评价标准,对进化结果进行动态评价,从而完成整个基于产品基因的大车行走机构部件设计过程.该方法对系统地提高岸桥设计的自动化程度和设计质量具有参考作用.
With the automation and quality requirements of gantry crane design, a design method on the drive mechanics of gantry crane is proposed based on product gene under the analysis of the similarity between drive mechanics and biological growth. The gene component library of driver mechanics is established, the rule-based decomposition and composition strategy is selected as the product gene evolution strategy, the evaluation standard is confirmed and the evolution result is evaluated dynamically. So the design process of whole drive mechanics based on product gene is achieved. The method can provide references for the improvement of automation level and design quality of gantry crane.
