摘要 介绍了双层烘缸的特点和类型,与传统烘缸对比,分析探讨了多通道双层烘缸表面温度分布不均的原因和机理。通过建立离心力模型来分析烘缸表面温度变化,改变影响离心力的各因素,降低高温区的温度,缩小三个温区的温差,优化烘缸表面温度分布。 The paper introduceS types and characteristics of the two deck dryer. Compared with the traditional dryer, it analyses and discussses the causes and mechanism of surface temperature's uneven distribution of multi-channel double-dryer. The article with the establishment of the centrifugal force model analyzes surface temperature's changes of the dryer. It changes the factors which impacts of the centrifugal force, lowers the temperature of the high temperature zone, reduces the temperature difference between the three temperature zones, and optimizes the distribution of dryer's surface temperature.
