摘要
目的调查山东南部滨湖地区蚊虫水螨的寄生情况,并探讨水螨寄生在当地作为中华按蚊未经产蚊指示物的可行性。方法白天(人)畜房和傍晚室外人饵帐捕集成蚊,所捕蚊虫带回室内观察并计录水螨寄生的蚊虫种类和每只蚊虫体表的寄生螨数。结果中华按蚊水螨寄生率为44.82%,三带喙库蚊水螨寄生率为0.0725%;淡色库蚊水螨寄生率为0。水螨寄生的中华按蚊97.2%为未经产蚊。结论水螨主要寄生在中华按蚊未经产蚊蚊体上,体表的水螨寄生在当地可作为中华按蚊未经产指示物。
Objective To survey the parasitization rate of water mites (Arrhenurus madaraszi Daday) on adult mosquitoes and discuss the feasibility of using mites as the nully-parous marker of Anopheles sinensis in lake-side in the south of Shandong Province. Methods The species of parasitized mosquitoes and the number of water mites parasitized on each mosquito,collected from houses,stables in the daytime and man-bait net in the night were isentified and counted. Results The parasitization rates of water mites on Anopheles sinensis, Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex pipiens pallens were 44.82% ,0.0725% ,and 0,respectively,and 97.2% of Anopheles sinensis parasitized with water mites were nully- parous. Conclusion Water mites,mainly parasitized on Anopheles sinensis and the water mites on the body surface of An.sinensis can be taken as the nully-parous marker of the mosquitoes in the surveyed area.
