摘要
随着通信技术、计算机技术广泛应用于图书馆服务领域,图书馆服务面临到馆人数少、信息资源地位弱化、人才资源缺乏及经费不足等一系列挑战。因此,图书馆必须与时俱进,转变服务观念、完善人才培育机制、创新服务方式,才能符合时代发展的要求,并在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地。
With the wide application of communicative and computer technology to library service, libraries face the problems of shortage of librarians, the less emphasized position of information resources and the lack of professionals and funds. Therefore, to keep in line with the development of the time and stand firm in the fierce market competition, libraries must advance with the times, change the concepts of services, perfect talents cultivation mechanisms and reform service modes.
