河南省导游服务规范性探讨

摘要 中国改革开放30年,经济飞速发展,人民的生活水平发生了翻天覆地的变化.中国的旅游业自1986年开始经过20余年的发展,其成绩喜忧掺半.一方面旅游业的发展为国家和当地带来可观的收入;另一方面旅游业的快速发展也带来相应的诸多问题.以河南省的导游服务现状,与桂林导游的服务相比较,从导游服务中所谓的导游拿回扣问题、导游讲解的不规范和游客对导游讲解的不满意等问题入手,分析了国内导游的问题,指出导游服务规范化的策略即讲解标准化、服务专业化和个性化、导游收入的合理合法化、游客消费自愿原则和消费的透明化. The economy develops at full speed and the earthshaking change happened in living standard of the Chinese people since it is reformed and opened for 30 years. Chinese tourism has developed for over 20 years started from 1986. Whose achievement is delighted for concern adulterating half. The development of tourism bring along invisible income to the country and the local on one hand, and on the other hand a lot of corresponding problems that the tourist develop rapidly also brings about. The paper give out tactics, such as the tourist guide explains normalizing, professionalized and individualized relevant serves, regularized and rationalized tourist income, the visitor consum volunteerly, visitor consumption' s transparent and so on, on the conduction of discussing the current serves situation of Henan province, comparesed the service norm with Guilin tourist guide.
