摘要
采用扇形排状量筒装置对典型压力式雾化喷嘴的径向喷淋密度进行了实验测量。试验结果表明:HHSJ异型喷嘴径向喷淋密度分布的对称性较好,喷淋密度沿半径方向具有两个峰值,其中外延峰为一个明显的最高峰。研究发现,采用这种测量装置,可以准确便捷地得到压力式雾化喷嘴的径向喷淋密度。
In the paper pressure-type nozzle spray distribution in the radial direction was measured by measuring instrument which was fan-shaped cylinders with groups. The experimental results showed that the spray distribution in the radial direction of special type of HHSJ nozzle had a better symmetry character, and two flow amount peaks along the radius direction which the outside peak was the tallest and obvious one. The study showed that the measuring instrument could attain the spray distribution in the radial direction of single-phase liquid pressure-type nozzle correctly and conveniently, which could provide the design data for choosing of the nozzles collocation mode in the absorber.
