摘要
解决了镇海联合循环电厂PG9171E型燃气轮机启动时因气动执行器前减压阀故障而威胁燃机的运行和安全生产的问题,介绍相关的故障诊断方法及经验。
The gas turbine unit has the good performance of regulate peak load and start up or shut down quickly. It takes an import role on regulate peak load in the situation that the great wave of electric network today. This article calculated rudely the most failure of the pneumatic actuators in gas turbine of PG9171E during startup in the combined cycle power plant of Zhenhai Power Co., Ltd., analyzed the cause of failure in theory and practice, introduced the correlated failure diagnosis way and experience. This paper can be the reference for the fellow trader of gas turbine.
