脑缺血损伤病理及脑细胞凋亡的干预 被引量:1

THE PATHOLOGY OF BRAIN ISCHEMIA AND THE INTERVENTION ON THE APOPTOSIS OF BRAIN CELL

摘要 脑缺血是由于局部脑组织血流灌注不足,引起可选择性、延迟性神经元死亡和神经学缺陷,最后引起不可逆转的脑损伤。细胞凋亡是机体在内、外环境刺激下,启动由基因调控的细胞死亡过程。近来已证实,细胞凋亡存在于脑缺血及再灌注病理损伤中,且多位于缺血半影区(Ischem ic Penumbra,IP),与梗死灶的进展密切相关。IP处于持续动态变化中,如何干扰该区细胞凋亡途径的发生是当今脑缺血损伤治疗研究的靶点。本文将从一个新的视角简要阐述脑缺血损伤中细胞凋亡的干预。 Brain ischemia is associated with localized reduction of blood flow to brain tissue due systemic hypoperfusion, causes selective, delayed neuronal death and delayed neurological deficits, causes finally irreversible brain damage. Apoptosis responses to stimuli originating from vivo and vitro circumstances, then initiates a gene - directed process that regulated and controlled cell death. Recently it is confirmed that apoptosis exists in the mechanisms of ischemia and reperfusion brain injury, but most situates in ischemic penumbra that is closely connected with focal infarction development. IP is durative dynamic variation. How to interfere with the occurrence of apoptosis pathway is a disquisitive therapeutic target for cerebral ischemia injury. In the view we will briefly elaborate the question with a new vision.
