欧普乐喉罩在微创保胆取石(息肉)术中的应用

EUROPE REPRESENTATIES LARYNGEAL MASK APPLICATION IN MINIMALLY INVASIVE KEEP BILE CYST STONE(POLYPS) EXTRACTION

目的探讨欧普乐喉罩在微创保胆取石(息肉)术中应用的安全性及可行性。方法择期全麻下腹腔镜联合胆道镜行微创保胆取石(息肉)术患者415例,麻醉诱导后全部插入欧普乐喉罩通气全静脉麻醉,对插入方法、插入成功率、通气效果、呕吐误吸、胃胀气及其他并发症进行统计。结果全部患者均插入成功,410例通气效果满意,5例改气管插管,胃液返流3例,无误吸。胃胀气3例,术后咽部疼痛不适5例。结论欧普乐喉罩用于微创保胆取石(息肉)术中通气效果满意,操作简便,价格低,安全性大,具可行性。

Objective Probe into the intraoperative safety and feasibility of Europe representaties laryngeal mask application in minimally invasive keep bile cyst stone （polyps） extraction. Methods 415 patients were enrolled who undergoing selective laparoscopie associated with choledocoscopic minimally invasive. After anesthesia indueement all of them will be inserted Europe representaties laryngeal mask for ventilation in general intravenous anesthesia. Observe and statistic the insert method, the success rate, ventilation effect, vomiting, aspiration, flatulence and other complications. Results All the patients were inserted successfully, 410 cases with satisfactory ventilation, 5 cases altered to tracheal intubation, 3 eases had reflux but without aspiration. 3 cases had flatulence and 5 had pharynx pain. Conclusion Minimally invasive Europe representaties laryngeal mask used for keep bile cyst stone （ polyps） extraction can achieved satisfactory ventilation and simply operated, lower price, with great security and feasibility.
