Objective To summarize the experience in performing 18F - FDGPET scanning in order to improve the image quality. Methods 94 cases of tumor patients were performed 18F- FDG PET scan for diagnosis. Before the inspection, two groups were made: 49 cases of health education and 45 cases of no health education. Compare the quality of the tumor imaging between the two groups. And the other two groups were made: 50 cases of cleaning gastrointestinal tract the night before the 18F -FDGPET scanning, and 44 patients did not undergo cleaning gastrointestinal tract the night before the 18F - FDGPET scanning. Compare the quality of the tumor imaging between the two groups. Results The quality of the tumor imaging was satisfactory with cleaning gastrointestinal tract. The quality of the tumor imaging was less satisfaction of no health education and no cleaning gastrointestinal tract groups. Condusion To relax the mood of patients and cleaning gastrointestinal tract was the protection of tumor 18F - FDG metabolism imaging quality. It plays an important role in the realization of imaging analysis and ultimately the right diagnosis.
