摘要
目的分析我院假日门诊量变化,寻求假日医生排班管理合理化、规范化、制度化。方法对我院2005~2008年假日门诊量进行分析,找出门诊病人就诊变化规律,对医生排班实施有效管理。结果假日比平日门诊量同期增长速度快,且呈逐年上升;"黄金周"门诊量逐步上升到本周末又有所回落;部分专科门诊量统计在某些月份有高峰现象。结论假日医生排班由被动向主动转变,实行机动班排班制度,出诊医生职称结构合理,出诊次数、挂号量与个人绩效、科室质控相关。实施假日医生排班管理后,对满足病人需要,提高假日门诊医疗质量,建立和谐的医患关系起到了积极的作用。
Objective Analyze the change of the out - patient volume for our hospital and seek the rationalization, standardization and institutionalization for the holiday doctors' scheduling management. Methods Analyze the holiday out - patient volume of our hospital during the year of 2005 - 2008, in order to find out the changing law for the outpatient medical needs and hereby effect the doctors' scheduling management. Results The holiday out - patient volume is increasing quicker than the same period of the ordinary day and increasing year by year; "The Golden Week" out- patient volume gradually increased but also to come down this weekend; Some specialist out - patient volume of statistics have a peak situation in certain months. Conclusion The holiday doctors' scheduling management is changing from passively to initiative and implements the mobile scheduling management system. The visiting physician' s title structure is reasonable. The visits times and the registered volume are related with the indi- vidual achievements and administrative o^ces' quality control. It plays an important role to meet the patient needs, improves the holiday out - patient service quality and establishes a good physician - patient relationship after implementation of the holiday doctors' scheduling management.
