The Scientific Development Concept is an important strategic idea advanced by our Party from the whole situation of our Party and nation＇ s career development in the new century, new stage,and is also the action principles to guide our National Higher Colleges＇ reform and development. To further study and practise the Scientific Development Concept is not only a big task to higher colleges,but also a great opportunity for higher colleges＇ development. Development for higher colleges must stick to arm their heads and guide the pratice under the guidance of the Scientific Development Concept in order to form the developing idea of making the people the first,paying more attention to personility education, serving the society and developing strongpoints,then finally realize overall coordination and sustainable development.
