The democratic legal system building is an important content of socialist construction and the foundation and safeguard of building a harmonious socialist society. The democratic legal building of our country has passed through the winding path, gained the rich experiences since new China had established 60 years ago. Summarizing these historic experiences has very important significance to strengthen the democratic legal system building,develop the socialist democratic politics and build a socialism country under the rule of law.
