高职院校应对地方经济发展的人才培养措施探析

高职院校承担着为地方培养人才以及科技创新等职能。地方经济的发展不仅影响毕业生就业,同时也影响地方高校的专业设置。文章通过对地方经济发展与高校毕业生就业关系的分析,提出了高职院校的应对措施。

Vocational colleges shoulder the responsibilities of training talent, making technological innovations, etc. for the localities. The local economic development influences not only the employment of college graduates but also the majors offered by vocational colleges. The paper analyzes the relationship between the local economic development and the employment of college graduates, and puts forward the countermeasures for the vocational colleges.
