摘要
高职院校教师专业化的发展是社会进步的必然要求,是信息时代职业教育改革的需要。教师的专业发展是一个与时俱进的过程,它贯穿于教师个人的职业生涯,并受到社会上多种因素的制约和影响,其中学校制定的有关教师专业化发展的各种机制是重要的影响因素。因此,构建有效的促进教师本人专业化发展的平台和多元机制,成为学校建设的工作重点之一。在这些有效机制的激励下,教师个体才能尽其所能地发挥潜能,为学校和社会的发展贡献自己的力量。
Teachers' career development in vocational colleges is the necessary requirement of social progress, and is the need of vocational education innovation in the information age. The development of teachers' career is a process that keeps pace with the times, and it is also constrained and influenced by many factors goes throughout the entire course of teachers' career, while it in the society. Among these factors, the multiple mechanisms of teachers' career development established by school is an important one. Therefore, it is one of the important tasks to construct the platform and multi-mechanisms for teachers' career development. Prompted by effective mechanisms, teachers can exert their capability as much as possible, and make contributions to the development of school and society.
