摘要
个体职业能力与工作过程是相辅相成、共生共荣的关系,构建基于工作过程导向的职业能力指标体系是工作过程与个体发展的双向需要。从德、智、体、美四个维度,分层次构建基于工作过程导向的职业能力指标体系,分别确立四个职业能力维度所对应的人才培养分层指标,以此为基础,提出各维度的评估等级标准建议。
Vocational ability of an individual and working process are co-existent and complementary to each other. To construct a working-process-oriented vocational ability index satisfies the mutual needs of working process and individual development. The paper constructs a hierarchical working-process-oriented vocational ability index from the perspectives of morality, intelligence, physique and art. The paper also defines, for the four perspectives, the corresponding hierarchical indexes of talent training and provides, on the index basis, the suggested evaluation criteria.
