临床护士疲劳程度与工作压力源及应对方式的相关性

Correlation study of fatigue,job stressors and coping strategies among nurses

目的:探讨临床护士疲劳程度与工作压力源及应对方式之间的关系。方法:采用疲劳量表-14、护士工作压力源量表、特质应对方式问卷对2家市级综合医院306名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:临床护士的疲劳总分7.17±3.41,护士的工作压力属中等(84.7),工作压力、应对方式与护士的疲劳程度密切相关。Logistic回归分析显示:压力总分、积极应对、消极应对的OR值分别为1.068、0.937、1.061;与ICU相比,内科、外科、妇科、儿科的OR值分别为0.092、0.191、0.019、0.005。结论:临床护士的疲劳程度严重,并受工作压力及应对方式影响,建议关注护士工作压力的主要影响因素,以减轻护士的疲劳程度,提高其积极应对技巧。

Objective： To explore the correlation of fatigue, job stressors and coping strategies among nurses. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted by using Fatigue Scale 14（FS 14）, Nurse Job Stressors Scale and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire（TCSQ） among 306 clinic nurses of two general hospitals. Results： The nurses＇ total score of fatigue was 7.17±3.41. The work related stress of nurses was in the middle level（84.7）, nurses＇ work stress, coping strategies were closely related to fatigue, Logistic regression showed： the OR scores of the total job stress, actively coping and passive coping were 1. 068, 0. 937, 1. 061. Compared with ICU, the OR scores of medical department, surgical department,department of gynecology and pediatrics were respectively 0. 092, 0. 191, 0.019 and 0.005.Conclusion： The level of fatigue of clinic nurses was relatively high. It was influenced by work related stress and copying strategies. It is suggested to pay more attention to the cause of stress, alleviate the fatigue of clinic nurses and enhance the active coping capabilities.
