高校与企业合作培养人才是提高人才培养质量、适应市场需求的有效途径。但由于校企双方许多现实因素的制约,再加之金融危机影响了企业与高校合作的意愿和动力,使得当前我国校企合作培养人才的现状不容乐观。基于此,文章探讨了校企合作培养人才的重要意义,分析了校企合作培养人才面临的困境,并提出了要从发挥政府的导向调控功能、发挥企业的主体地位、发挥高校的人才优势、发挥大学生实习实训基地的平台作用等方面入手,推动校企合作培养人才工作的广泛开展。
