摘要 高校与企业合作培养人才是提高人才培养质量、适应市场需求的有效途径。但由于校企双方许多现实因素的制约,再加之金融危机影响了企业与高校合作的意愿和动力,使得当前我国校企合作培养人才的现状不容乐观。基于此,文章探讨了校企合作培养人才的重要意义,分析了校企合作培养人才面临的困境,并提出了要从发挥政府的导向调控功能、发挥企业的主体地位、发挥高校的人才优势、发挥大学生实习实训基地的平台作用等方面入手,推动校企合作培养人才工作的广泛开展。 The current university-enterprise cooperation in quality of personnel and meeting the needs of the market. personnel training is an effective way of improving the However, both the realistic restraining factors and the financial crisis have had a great influence on the cooperation.
