粗纤维的简易测定及在中学的应用

Simple Determination of Crude Fiber and Its Application in Secondary Schools

本课题旨在设计出简便易行的粗纤维测定方法以适应中学的实验教学,用微波-稀酸快速提取蔬菜中的粗纤维,再经过水洗、醇洗等步骤去除粗纤维中的可溶性糖,从而测得粗纤维含量.此法测定的粗纤维的含量快速、简单,结果稳定可靠,并能在显微镜下清楚地观察到粗纤维,适合中学生实验操作.

the conventional methods of determination of crude fiber are very intricacy. How to design a simple determination of crude fiber to adapt to the teaching of experiment of secondary school is the purpose of this research . Through the explore of experiments ,the author used the microwave-acid to distill the crude fiber of vegetables quicely, then remove the soluble sugar in crude fiber by washing, alcohol washing and other steps,and measure the content of crude fiber at last. This method of determination of crude fiber is fast and simple, and the results are stable and reliable, and the crude fiber can be clearly observed under the microscope. It is suitable for middle school students to experiment and it will provide experimental ease for the teaching of biological experiment of middle school.
