摘要
通过对济源市大学生"村官"的工作调查,分析了目前大学生"村官"自身及镇村干部和村民、管理监督、社会联动机制等方面存在的一些问题,并就此提出完善大学生"村官"工作的对策和建议。
By investigating the college - graduate village officials＇ work in Jiyuan city, the problems of villagers, college - graduate village officials, officials at town and village levels, supervising and administrating and the social unified action mechanism are analyzed, and thereupon countermeasures and suggestions to improve the college -graduate village officials＇ work are brought forward.
