Higher vocational education takes the professional ability as a core, the talented person ought to have strong practice capability and professional quality. It＇ s urgent to establish the scientific practice teaching system, to resolve the profession capability which is carried out in the practice teaching system and the teaching process. The research and the practice indicate that the construction of opening practice teaching system is an efficient way to realize the personnel training goals, is the scientific manifestation of work - study, is the innovative teaching of higher vocational education system.
