学校体育与社区体育的互动研究

我国学校体育和社区体育在资金、场地、设施、人员参与等方面都存在不足之处。为了满足学校体育的发展和社区居民对体育休闲娱乐的需要,有必要在社区体育与学校体育之间建立互动机制,将学校体育纳入社区建设,借助学校的力量,大力推进社区体育的发展,并进行管理上的改革,使学校体育和社区体育之间资源互补、互动,共同发展。

There are some deficiencies in capital, facilities, personnel involved in China＇ s school sports and community sports. In order to meet the school＇ s sports development and community residents for recreational sports, it is necessary to establish interaction system between community sports and physical education in schools. Physical education in school should be one part of community sports and community construction should consider physical education. With the assistance of school sports, community sports can be developed fast. Management reform is needed so that school sports and community sports resources can achieve joint development, interaction and share resources.
