摘要
研制了堆石料风化试验仪,能够实现干湿循环、冷热循环和应力三因素耦合的试验研究。该设备采用功能模块组合结构设计理念,包括竖向加载系统、水平加载系统、干湿循环控制系统、冷热循环控制系统和数据采集系统。采用了内外兼顾的温控设计思路,不仅可以使试样快速实现温度的变化,且能为试样提供均匀的温度场。利用该设备对典型堆石料进行了干湿循环、温度变化和应力三因素耦合的试验研究。结果表明,该设备能较好的实现干湿、冷热和应力的综合控制,湿冷干热-耦合循环作用对受荷堆石料引起了明显的劣化变形。
A new device called weathering test apparatus for rockfill is developed to investigate the mechanical characteristics of rockfill under the coupling action of drying-wetting cycles, cooling-heating cycles and vertical loading. The apparatus includes the vertical loading unit, horizontal loading unit, drying-wetting cycle unit, cooling-heating cycle unit, and data acquisition unit. The novel design of the cooling-heating cycle unit facilitates rapid change of temperature and can provide a uniform temperature filed in the rockfill specimens. An elementary test is performed under the coupling action of drying-wetting cycles, cooling-heating cycles and vertical loading to verify the validity of the apparatus. The results show that the cycles coupled with wet-cool-dry-heat impose a remarkable degrade strain for the rockfill under loading.
