摘要
介绍了以间氟甲苯为原料,通过侧链溴化,水解得到间氟苯甲醛。之后再与硝基乙烷加成,水解后得到间氟苯基丙酮。该法制得的产品纯度可达到99%以上,反应总收率为60%。该法具有成本低,收率高,产品纯度高,可操作性强,易于实现工业化生产。
Introduced a way to synthesis 3-fluorophenylacetone from 3-fluoroacetone through brominating in the methyl group and then hydrolyzing the dibrominated material to obtain 3-fluorophenyl aldehyde. Then 3-fluorophenyl aldehyde react with nitroethane , hydrolyze, obtained the desired product. The purity achieved to 99%, and the yield is 60%. This method is advantaged in low cost, high purity,and easy to produce in a industry way.
