微波联合局部用药治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of microwave radiation combined with local application treatment on clinical patients with recurrent oral ulcers

目的:评价微波辐射后联合局部用药治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床疗效,旨在寻找一种高效、安全可靠的治疗方法。方法:将60例ROU患者随机分为两组,对照组(局部用药组)30例,治疗组(微波辐射加局部用药组)30例。分别观察1个疗程及2个疗程治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗1个疗程后治疗组的有效率(86.7%)高于对照组(66.7%)(P<0.05);治疗2个疗程后治疗组的有效率(93.3%)显著高于对照组(56.7%)(P<0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:微波联合局部用药能明显提高RUO的有效率,还可缩短其疗程,是目前一种较理想的治疗方法。

Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of microwave radiation combined with local application treatment on clinical patients with recurrent oral ulcers（ROU）. Aim at exploring an efficient,safe and reliable approach to treat ROU. Methods ：Sixty patients with ROU were divided into 2 groups （n= 30 of each）randomly ：control group （local application only） and treatment group （microwave radiation combined with local application）. The curative effects were observed respectively after 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment. Results：The effective power of treatment group（86.7%） was higher than that of control group（66. 7%） after 1 course of treatment. The effective power of treatment group（ 93.3%）was obviously greater than that of control group （56.7%）after 2 courses of treatment. Conclusion ：The approach of microwave radiation combined with local application treatment ,which can increase the curative effect on ROU and shorten the course of treatment is an ideal method to cure ROU at present.
