摘要
本文基于教育公平的视角,分别从教育起点公平、过程公平和结果公平的角度,对我国现行教育福利制度进行了分析。在结合我国国情的基础上,本文提出了完善教育福利制度的途径:健全教育福利体系,加大政府投入力度,授权非盈利组织机构等,以推动教育公平和社会公平的发展。
Based on the perspective of educational equality, this paper has analysed the present educational welfare system, from the view of starting fair, process fair, and outcome fair. In light of conditions of our country, some ways are suggested to improve the educational welfare system： perfecting the present system, increasing the government investment, authorizing the non - profit organizations, and so on. Thus, the educational equity and social justice can be improved.
