地壳形变学科观测资料质量综合评比软科学研究

RESEARCH ON SOFT SCIENCE FOR SYNTHETICALLY COMPARING AND APPRAISING OF OBSERVATION DATA QUALITY IN CRUSTAL DEFORMATION DISCIPLINE

简述了地壳形变学科观测资料质量综合评比方法的内容:(1)形变学科五定点台网综合评比应考虑的诸因素;(2)听取多数专家对初定三种综合评分办法的优选意见;(3)作者对优选的统分公式所作的进一步完善。将该方法应用于1995、1996年度的学科综合评比,证明效果良好。

The research contents of soft science are briefly described as follows: (1) The factors of synthetical comparison and appraisement of station network at five fixed points in deformation discipline must be considered; (2) The optimum options of three preliminary decided methods for comprehensively giving a mark, suggested by most specialists, are hearded; (3) The optimum formulae for giving a mark are further improved by authors. It is proved that the effects of application of formulae to two synthetical comparison and appraisement of discipline in 1995 and 1996 are good.
